PayPal is a convenient and safe payment option. If you don’t have a PayPal account you can easily setup it when you make your first purchase at Swedish Avenue. You choose to fund your purchase by using your PayPal balance or your debet/credit card which is connected to PayPal. PayPal offers buyer protection, which means that if you wouldn’t get your delivery PayPal guarantees the money back.

The products that you purchase at Swedish Avenue are unique and handmade. That means when you put an order, the designer starts making the object of your desire. While some products may take 8 to 10 days, others might take longer, depending on size and work effort. Products that take more than 8 to 10 days are marked.

To make sure your online shopping experience is safe we protect the data you send us we use SSL, Secure Socket Layer technology.

You will receive a confirmation email from us when you order is processed. This will include a tracking number so you can track the progress of your order on fedex.com, dhl.com or at UPS. Make sure someone is home to sign for the package otherwise they will not leave the package. This is done for security reasons. We want to be sure your order reaches you. If you haven't received you order after 8 days (or in some cases as agreed upon) please send us an email, with your order number, at office@swedishavenue.com and we'll do our best to locate the problem. During sale a delay in dispatching your order may occur and the delivery time may be extended. Orders that have not been picked up from your delivery place within 15 days will be returned to us, and we will make a refund of the products. However, Swedish Avenue does not refund the shipping costs.
