Delivery and Shipment

You will receive a confirmation email from us when you order is processed. This will include a tracking number so you can track the progress of your order on fedex.com, dhl.se or at UPS. Make sure someone is home to sign for the package otherwise they will not leave the package. This is done for security reasons. We want to be sure your order reaches you. If you haven’t received you order after 8 days (or in some cases as agreed upon) please send us an email, with your order number, at office@swedishavenue.com and we’ll do our best to locate the problem. During sale a delay in dispatching your order may occur and the delivery time may be extended. Orders that have not been picked up from your delivery place within 15 days will be returned to us, and we will make a refund of the products. However, Swedish Avenue does not refund the shipping costs.
